Chef Chadi received his first culinary experience from his parents, Jacqueline & Emile, when he was growing up in the beautiful country in Lebanon, Kobayat, in his small father’s restaurant where he took inspiration of the art of cooking.

After his high school graduation, Chadi decided to travel in Italy to pursue a career as a professional chef; he earned a degree from the respected cooking school at Trieste and later received an honorary marketing and sales degree from the I.R.FO.P of Venice.

Chadi traveled for 15 years learned the art of the Cucina Italiana and the international kitchen.

Returning to the excellent intercontinental of Beirut as an Italian chef, Chadi himself received accolades and awards for his culinary expertise and was selected by the mbc TV channel among 35 chefs at a live TV cooking competition show, and was selected also to judge the most important cooking competition around the Arabic gulf.

Chadi loves the fun and the interactivity when cooking, he is an Arabic TV personality, enjoy the most important Arabic and Italian TV channel, his creativity and his funny interpretation as a host gives all his shows the excellent mood of the life of cooking.

Chef Chadi joined also the famous TV channel mbc 1 in (one two three cooking, Can't wan't cook, Al Tabekh maa al Fananin and al Tabekh maa Mama…) in addition, latest in 2007 chef Chadi shooted a very bigger cooking and trip show (Dayman Aamree) for the Sudan and blue Nile TV.

Chef Chadi is father of Michelle & Gayel, is a honor of “alla grande” company in Lebanon and is constructing a beautiful motel, pub and restaurant in the same place of his father’s restaurant at Morghan Kobayat.

Chadi is preparing for two funny and educational cooking shows for 2008.
